When you visit this website, our hosting provider automatically collects standard access data (IP address, browser type, time of request) for security and technical operation. This website has no contact form and no user accounts. If you contact us through the WhatsApp buttons, WhatsApp transmits your phone number, profile name and the content of your message to us. For an actual booking we may additionally need your name, dates, accommodation or pick-up location and — for vehicles — your driving licence details, which we forward to the relevant local rental partner.

3. Purpose & legal basis

We process your data to answer your enquiry and to arrange the rental, tour or stay you requested (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR), and to comply with legal obligations (Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR). Your data is never sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

4. Storage & deletion

Enquiry and booking data is stored only for as long as necessary to handle your booking and to meet legal retention obligations, and is deleted on request afterwards. WhatsApp chat data is also subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

5. Third-party services

This site links to WhatsApp (enquiries and bookings) and to Airbnb (apartment listing). When you follow these links, data may be transmitted to their servers. The site also loads web fonts and images from our hosting infrastructure. Please refer to the privacy policies of WhatsApp (Meta) and Airbnb for details on their processing.
